Someday I'll Paint My Masterpiece

I know this will be hard to believe, but I painted these two pictures all by myself. It took me 20 seconds, can you believe it? It was great fun! I especially liked painting my feet.

It Doesn't Get Much Better Than This!

Today I went to Playspace. Wow, what a fantastic place! There is so much to do there, I didn't have time to play with everything. I think I liked the water room the best, but it was also cool playing in the" grocery store". I filled my cart with strawberries, bananas, peaches, plums, apples...all of the fruit I could find. I love fruit. Even the kind that tastes like plastic.

I said turtle today

Mommy finally understood me today. I have been saying turtle for weeks now, and she finally got it. It's like a lightbulb went off in her head. It can be so frustrating trying to talk to her and her never understanding what it is I am saying. We were getting in the car and I simply wanted my turtle. She gave me every toy in the bag while I kept saying "tur-tle". Then she handed me the turtle and actually was so excited when I took it happily. I'm sure we'll have to go through this whole exercise again tomorrow when I ask for my doggie. It's frustrating being one.

Being One

I am now an official one year old! Forgive the hat, my Mommy made me wear that stupid thing! Said it was special, I thought it would be special not to make me wear it!
